Its is 80 years in the past. Before First Great war and before Hashirama Senju and Madara Uchiha were born. And after the Sage of Six Path's death. There is no Akatsuki or Hebi(You can create it though) There is no Orochimaru and almost ever ninja worn traditional Samarai Uniform.(What Madara and Hashirama wear in the forum picture). Have fun and enjoy ther Rebirth of the Naruto Series from the begining.
